How much is Shipping? - Shipping across our whole range is FREE Worldwide!
How long does Shipping take? - We ship straight from our manufacturers to provide you the best price possible. Domestic (US) orders from our store are typically delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. Some of our high demand items can occasionally take a bit longer but we expect these to be delivered in 3 to 5 weeks.
Where do you ship? - Domestic shipping to all states within the US is available free of charge. We do offer International shipping however lead times may be greater dependent upon the country. Please get in touch if you are an International buyer and we will provide you with our estimate.
My Order hasn't arrived? - If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order please contact us using the contact page.
RETURNS
Do you do returns? - Yes! As part of our 100% satisfaction guarantee we will accept any returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original packaging
What about manufacturer defects? - If your item is delivered defective we can either fully refund your purchase or replacements can be sent out
How should I notify you about a damaged item/return? - Please contact us using the contact form, which you can find in the main menu under "contact". In any case where you are not 100% satisfied with your item please contact us in this way.
